From experience I will state that the Roleplay Idea is quite a bit of fun, but it is also alot of work. Once people lost interest, I did too and without someone actively leading the adventure it has no direction, thus no life.
I have twice now, made attempts to bring it back to Moe's and met with resistance, so I simply stopped.
