I dated a girl who was saving herself for marriage. She was faaaaar from inexperienced, she loved giving head and being eaten out. Had I stayed with her longer (she got, well, weird...) I'm sure that I could have had anal sex with her because in her mind, she'd still technically be a virgin. My mindset was that "Hey, I'm getting it pretty good here, no sense in fucking this up by pushing for the big deflowering."
As for nowadays, I wouldn't pursue a woman just because she was a virgin. There's way too much other stuff to consider. In fact, I'd almost shy away from a virgin, because sex has become fairly high on my list of stuff I enjoy in life, and I'd rather practice than teach.
