I know most people will probably go for American Pie first, so I'll skip on to real nude scenes, or scenes with substance.
300 - The scene between Leonidas and his queen actually managed to communicate more than I would have expected. The subtext was really only overt when Leonidas was leaving to defend the pass and the narrator couldn't shut his mouth. The subtext during that nude scene spoke volumes, and it really gave the scene meaning.
Love Actually - Yes this movie is very, very sappy, but I liked the budding romance between the adult film stand-ins. There was something interesting about something so sexual being just another day at the office, and it being so every day that a bit of what was actually innocent conversation and flirting was not effected by the fact that the man was holding her naked breasts and thrusting behind her. It was not only hilarious, but there was a genuine innocence to it, which is unexpected.
American Psycho - A window into madness. In American Psycho, one is treated to the macabre life of a sociopathic killer, and one of the most fascinating moments is when Patrick Bateman brings two prostitutes back to his apartment. One of the prostitutes is already aware that Patrick is nuts (though she doesn't understand to what extent) and the other is blissfully ignorant. When they get down to doing what they do, and he's ranting about 80s pop music, there's this insanity that is bombarding you from the screen. Other than the business card, I think that scene best communicates the depths of his madness.
Mind you, none of these were actually sexually stimulating, they were just interesting.
