I'm not sure I'm entirely clear on what you're asking, so I'll just go ahead and run through the set-up you'll need in order to accomplish what you want.
You'll have the coax cable (the round one) connected to your cable modem and an ethernet cable (the one that looks like a phone cord, but wider) running from the modem to the port on your router marked WAN. You will then run another ethernet cable from the wireless router (which should have several ethernet ports in addition to wireless capability) to the computer that does not have a wireless adapter and will be required to configure the other two to connect to the wireless network. It is strongly suggested as well that you encrypt your network for security, as well, but fortunately since you're running cable you shouldn't have to do any set-up for the actual connection.
Any questions?
