I remember reading a story about a guy in the south who would walk around naked in his house with all the blinds open so he was visible from the street and eventually I think the police charged him with indecent exposure.
So in some cases it seems like you're not really even safe in your own home!
But I'd guess if you just opened the door naked once or something it wouldn't draw that much attention... just make sure no one sees you else the neighbors might think you're a freak or something.
