Maybe you should volunteer materials/services to build a couple for people you know (or for an apartment complex) and then use photos of them as samples for your flyer. People could choose which options they wanted. Start a little side business for yourself. With a variation of the treehouse for people who don't have a tree, a one or two story playhouse. Or a two story one that has an open lower story, for toy storage. My friend has a doghouse built like a short playhouse with plexiglass windows. You could also do those. I saw one built with deck screws instead of nails, so it wasn't a "permanent fixture" and didn't require a permit from the city to build.
