I use L'Oreal's Glycol peel and I love what it does. But it's more for exfoliating and unclogging my gigantimongous pores. The peeling isn't like those from a professional treatment, it's more subtle and a little rubbing in the shower takes care of that.
I bought an acne-scar 3step treatment at CVS for my kids and, used regularly, their skin doesn't get those red pockmarks. Once my son 'forgets', though, they come back. (Then again, they are only 15 1/2, so acne is a constant problem). I don't recall the name(I'm at work), but it's in orange and white bottles and in the acne treatments aisle at CVS.
