Are you still having problems with the acne? I know that acne scars are annoying as hell (I have those and a patch of skin on my face that's been discolored from cold sore scarring, too). However, if you're still having breakouts, the microdermabrasion is actually going to make it worse-- it'll spread around the bacteria and just make a mess of your precious face. What skin care products are you using on a daily basis?
