If anything, I would think the media has make sex a more viable commodity. People are able to express more views and opinions on sexuality than ever before. Taboo's are broken .. etc.
Now, on the other hand, one can say that the media saturates us with sex so much that we become numb to it, but given the fact that we have a huge uproar over a "wardrobe malfuction" on a tv show, I'd say that we are far from numb towards sexuality and still have a long way to go.. i.e. Euro TV.
