leetrice, as Ustwo said in the other thread that you started on masturbation, you're not going to hurt yourself whacking off (unless you break skin). Worry more about your workouts and diet. When I was in high school and running 60+ miles a week, I probably jerked it twice a day, and it most definitely didn't hurt my times.
