OCZ power supplies are nice, but I'd rather recommend an Antec or a Sparkle for long-term stability and consistent power.
Raptor for your boot/app/games drive and maybe a larger Seagate for your storage(1TB drives are reasonable these days).
Sound? I've given up on secondary sound cards. Unless you are doing 5.1 or 7.1 sound, the onboard audio is usually pretty decent these days, even the crappy RealTek stuff. *shrug*
