Keep the WD Raptor hard drive. I have one and it's freaking crazy. Big difference between a 10k RPM and 7200 RPM HDD.
The rest looks great. Don't know anything about OCZ power supplies so I can't recommend either way. I'm using G. SKILL ram and it's very stable. I would definitely go for the 8800 GT.
