The 8800GT really is an incredible bargain. Would be silly not to go for it.
Personally i'd switch to a seagate hard drive, thought western is reliable. And have more space. 500GB or so- you always end up needing more than you think, especially as time passes.
The rest looks good to me, i'm a fan of Gigabyte and OCZ.
