When someone leaves a warning in a different color, they're a moderator. (Or like me they are making an illustration.)
If you think someone has broken the rules, there's a small triangular button that you can press to warn. Also, so far as being the sarcasm police, sarcasm is allowed in TFPolitics so far as I know.
