Why would networks get bogged down? I'm not saying its not pointless, I'm just saying that it wouldn't have any affect whatsoever on network load versus normal email. All 'cpu and graphics card cycles' are handled locally, not over the network, so if the end user isn't experiencing problems, why should the SA care?
