Of the ones I missed:
3: I forgot to count the teeth on the gears...figured it out on the next few questions.
11: just mis-read the worm gear.
12: mis-clicked
38: oops
41: had NO idea about this one.
50 DEFINITELY requires prior knowledge of what all of those shafts are...
