That morning when she was headed out the door and stated how she was disappointed she didn't get a more appropriate wakeup.

I was puzzled, as I really wanted to wake her up that way, but told her I didn't think she'd appreciate it.

"Well damn, don't just lay there thinking about it. I want you to take it!"

Initiative, lesson learned.
