It's the standard issue pistol at work. I'd call these generic problems with the model and not any individual pistol with the caveat that these aren't personally owned firearms so we tend to beat the hell out of them.
I find both the safety and magazine catch awkward to operate one handed. I personally am not concerned with reloading, but the extractors chew on the casings. I'm not particularly thrilled with their precision. The magazines seem to break pretty often, but I'd put that on the unusual amount of abuse they receive.
On the plus side, I've never had any problems with jamming, misfeediing, etc. I put 900+ rounds through one day without any complaints. It's okay to use, but I wouldn't buy one.
They are easy to strip and clean, though. I'll give you that.
