They make these great vibrating harnesses (for clit) and also penetrating/vibrating harnesses.
Just make sure your dildo is secure in the harness (the reviews sometimes say whether a piece tends to slip out or not)... otherwise you'll be playing fisherman, too. Not advertising but I find that Babeland is really enthusiastic and informed - they know their products!
