Well, Lasareth, you oversimplified it a bit. Yes, the bike is drawn (in Illustrator) by 'blowing up pixels' to about 6400%, but it's not exact-it's my interpretation. Sort of like making a quilt-taking sections at a time (and I really never knew what section I was doing due to the largeness), then refining them, changing what needed to be changed(such as reflections) and creating backdrops.
Any time you see 'realistic' drawings posted in sites proclaiming "drawn with Illustrator", that's how it's done.
Fly: Ok, that's just spooky...I had no idea he'd changed the bike to blue! Maybe I should put a similar graphic on it now!
