Personally, I think it's a little creepy - there's 7 years between my wife and I but she was in her twenties when we met.
There is a big emotional gulf between the average 16 and 22 year old. It's not illegal in this country, but I doubt I'd be happy hanging out with someone running after girls not long out of playing with dolls.
