If 16 is the legal age of consent where you are, then I'm not sure where the concern is... it doesn't seem like you are concerned with the lower limit of the law, just that a teenage female is having sex.
I think you're just the new dad of a daughter and starting to freak out over what that's going to mean to you in about 15 years.
