bookmarks are now backed up
i noticed that when i hold the pause/break button, if i keep it down, it stops taking screenshots to allow for copying and pasting at the moment....
everything seems fine software wise now ... not sure if this is a software or hardware issue... the computer still works except for the copy paste thing
