I went to DirecTV from Time Warner about a year ago, and I've been happy. Their DVR is WAY better than the piece of crap Time Warner deploys. I only very rarely lose signal--although brief digital hiccups are somewhat more common.
I've been quite happy with my DSL, too. It's the highest level of "business" line, and runs about three times as fast as my cable internet service used to.
