Don't totally rule out toys. Maybe something mild like vibrating panties, or even better vibrating panties with a remote control, could provide some fun games/scenarios for you and her.

Also, don't forget role playing. Ring the bell with a box in hand and pretend to be the UPS guy. Have her get a french maid costume and you come home to her dusting. Things like that are pretty fun if you both get into it.
