Chances are if she's sticking around with you until closing time, she either wants to fuck you or wants to see you again. Ask her to come back to your place for coffee or a few more drinks, and if she says yes, you can probably figure out what she's expecting once you're there. If she says no, then she's not looking for the same thing as you, and you don't go home with her.
