I'm a HUGE racing game fan. All types! I've played every Gran Turismo, 5 or 6 different Need For Speed games, wipeout, f-zero, ATV offroad fury games (all of them), etc. you get the point. Well guess what: Burnout 3: Takedown is my favorite of all time, seriously.

I've never had so much fun playing a racing game than Burnout 3 (for XBox). Gran Turismo and Need for Speed are great games, but the sheer fun factor of Burnout 3 is simply unrivalled.

Let me get this straight: the game is 60 FPS, insane graphics, you are given boost for performing retardedly dangerous moves, the crazier you drive the faster you go, the power sliding is PERFECT, plus half the point of the entire game is to RAM your opponents off the road to win (which also makes you go faster), all while sliding in between oncoming traffic at 150 MPH? Sign me up. For the record, I signed up and played the game for hundreds of hours.

Too bad Burnout 4: Revenge sucked dick by allowing you to ram traffic out of the way, basically ruining the best part of the entire series (the mind-numbingly fast, hand-shaking speed of zooming through traffic).
