Some of them may or may not be vegan, as Vegweb also publishes ovo-lacto recipes, but Vegweb is still a great resource and highly recommended by this non-vegetarian (who cooks for a vegetarian).
As for where to find vegan cookies--well, around here they're everywhere. I'd recommend checking your local health food store/food co-op. There are about 10 different kinds of vegan cookies at ours. |
Thank you, my problem is that all of the health food places are out of my way so I shop at organic stores instead. While organic is great, it still doesn't fulfill my needs. I am not a vegan either but I am a Vegetarian/Pescetarian who just so happens to be lactose intollerant as it were. Not fun, so I have a highly specialized diet.
