For the past five months, I have been using VOIP type telephone service. I was pleased with my service and the features as well as the price (200 bucks a year for unlimited service)

My phone company, Sunrocket, went out of business. I lost the remainder of my balance that I had paid (about seven months worth of service). Now, I have signed on to another company, but on a month to month basis.

I was wondering, since I went the "cheap" route on this service, if anybody could recommend a decent VOIP provider.

Does anybody here have any experience with SKYPE?
If so, how does that work for calls and for incoming calls? What features do they have?

Any other suggestions/ideas would be appreciated.
