It is if you use random open wi-fi access points around the world on a computer you paid cash for, and not log in to any accounts that you have. You can be fairly anonymous if you want to be.
If I had to login using my 'National Internet ID' number which I have to register with the government to get, and it will become like Iran or Saudi Arabia in the restrictions on internet porn.
