Not sure if it counts. Once, way back when I was still in primary school, some kids in the class were passing around Fool's Gold. It was a pretty hefty sample, about the size of a brick. Anyways, one kid decided to throw it at me when I wasn't looking. I turned around and all I saw was a boulder coming at my head.

Luckily someone behind me reached around and caught it before it disfigured me for life.
