I'm serious - theres no law. Legally they can't tax us on our labor, but they do because our government wants to own us.

Not true. The 16th amendment states:
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Income tax law is written into the United States Code:

For more recent enactments one must turn to the uncompiled statutes in the form passed by Congress
