That would fucking piss me off. It's one thing if you aren't in the mood, and he lets you know that instead of bugging you, he'll go take care of himself (same thing if the genders are reversed). But it's something else if you are OFFERING sex, and he goes off to look at porn, which I would see as essentially a rejection... and I'd be hard-pressed to not break up with someone like that. Of course, it's best if you sit down and communicate about all this first, make sure there isn't something else going on... but seriously, that is major disrespect in my book, and asking for a bruisin' if things don't change. Everyone deserves better treatment than that... and until you ask for it, seems like he's not going to give it. Grrrr.
