Sounds like you have it all figured out: Have a good time for the next two months, have LOTS of sex with her. Go back home. By the time you can afford to come back, she will be long gone. She has deep self-esteem issues that drive her to seek affirmation from men. If you stop playing her game, she will drop you. She also lives for drama, although she might not realize it. So, breaking up with her over "your" jealousy issues just affirms her desirability from men. She is probably a manic.
