Yeah, liberal/conservative generalizations almost always turn out to be crap. This op-ed's theme is no exception.
Paul's certainly in the right, legally, and should be. I liken this to the threads about smoking, prescribing contraceptives, espousing political views in the workplace, ect. - the employer should be the decider.
Morally, though, he's still a prick.
