How often do you get laid/jack off/have wet dreams? I find if I've gone more than a few days without some kind of relief I tend to get mega horny and have randomly sported an erection because of it. While I've never felt like I was going to just cream in my pants for no reason, I can definitely see arousal being a big thing if I'm not flogging the log at regular intervals, particularly if there's another factor (hot prof, ta, seat mate, etc).
I'm not disparaging the idea of going to the doctor, as I firmly believe that a dude should never gamble with his junk. I'm just wondering if there isn't a more mundane explanation than prostate trouble. Horny 20 year olds happen all the time.
