Do you mean that she actually CANNOT hold it in, or she
feels like she won't be able to hold it in, but is in fact just fine the next day? There's a big difference there. If she really is having problems with her sphincter (yep, that's what it's called) after anal sex, then I don't know if that will ever go away. But if it's just a "feeling" she has, and everything turns out fine anyway, then that's a mental thing and it can be overcome.

)... I find that I enjoy anal best after I've cleared out the GI track (e.g. taken a significant dump, you know what I mean) and cleaned everything up in the shower. That way I have no worries about things, um, getting held up... which tends to be my problem, the opposite of your wife's. Yay.
