Do you mean that she actually CANNOT hold it in, or she feels like she won't be able to hold it in, but is in fact just fine the next day? There's a big difference there. If she really is having problems with her sphincter (yep, that's what it's called) after anal sex, then I don't know if that will ever go away. But if it's just a "feeling" she has, and everything turns out fine anyway, then that's a mental thing and it can be overcome.

At the risk of TMI (is that possible, in this forum? )... Wow....why i'm taking the opportunity of answering this one i'm really not sure... hmm.... what does it feel like for a girl???
