I am building a system like yours minus the PHYSX card. people tell me it's not worth it. I was thinking of a 24" samsung monitor but I will have to check out that Eizo. Nice case, I am gonna be getting this sweet ass case : Antec P182 Gun Metal Black 0.8mm cold rolled steel mid tower, but that lian li looks sweet too. The P182 is slick as hell, super quiet and supposedly keeps everything inside really cool.
Since I am in about the same boat as you in your system could you please let me know about the performance of your machine in taxing games?
