alright, so. i am probably fucked.
me and my friend looking to move into this place, he's out-of-province, so we figured i'd sign on the lease as mine. anyway, long story short, he isn't returning to school, and so, won't be returning here. so im stuck with this 2 bedroom place in my name that i need to start paying. i want out.
so, even though i HAVE signed the lease (i haven't made a payment yet, AND my parents have NOT signed as cosigners yet... which might be a good thing), short of sweet talking the landlord, am i still able to pull out? i've been perusing ontarios landlord tenant board website
http://www.ltb.gov.on.ca/ to see if i can find anything, but it's not terribly helpful. i want to call them tomorrow to see if i can find some sort of help.
anyone think i'm still able to go OH WAIT NEVERMIND because my parents did not cosign??
