i dont' know where to post this, so i'm putting it here, as it's pretty nonsensical...

i was talking to someone over the phone, and i wanted to give them the finger, so i had to tell them "i am giving you the finger right now" and i wonder...does it count?

then i thought, what if i had to give the finger to a blind guy? i would have to tell him "hey, i'm now giving you the finger." does that count?

are blind people and those over the phone immune to the finger, or can you give them the finger but you have to tell them? what are the rules on that?
