Need help making this...
yesterday at brunch I had the most amazing thing and I cant figure out how to find out how to make it. its real basic, it was a slice of tomato with crumbled blue cheese on it and red onion pieces that had been soaked in "something" it was very wangy so Im guessing it was a form balsamic vinegar? the onions were brown, but hadnt been cooked, they were very crunchy so im guessing whatever they were soaked in is what turned them brown?
ugh I very much want to make this...has anyone had it or made it that can tell me what to soak the onion in?
