It's okay. There are some open relationships that can work. But the main issue here is honesty. I think you should tell your wife. Let her ask any questions about it and answer sincerely. Better for her to know and at the very minimum, value your honesty towards her. Even if she doesn't like what you do.
Who knows? Maybe she will even be receptive to your actions and some ideas from the website or your online friends can help spice up your relationship.
