What do you think fantasies are about?
What's different about fantasizing about a celebrity or a stranger? Just because you know a person doesn't mean they're off the fantasy list. In fact knowing a person makes it more likely because you know more about them and know how they may react.
It's in your head and you don't have to share it if you don't want to. There are no mind reading devices created yet. When that happens, you can start worrying about your fantatsies and thoughts.
