Well lag fest or not my buddy works at sony as a game tester and well by the time socom 4 does come out internet speeds will be higher then ever right now on a really good cable or dsl(notice the really good) you can get 100mbps now granted not everybody has a connection like that but it should be mainstream soon. as the guy said up there blu-ray is the big wallet killer once blu-ray shoots down hello your looking at at least a 200 dollar drop. the only for sure exclusives on ffxiii is the original ffxiii and ffxiii versus but who knows that could change. as for me i will be purchasing a ps3 if i can find one in stores out here and the main reason for that RE5 and i wasnt talking about now with the life-like graphics im talking about 2-3 years from now you'll always be able to tell that the characters are animated but not by much.

Regardless of whether ffxiii is sony exclusive or not i will be buying it for the ps3 simply because sony's system really is better than xbox 360. I play the 360 with my friends and i must say i am not impressed with it, its ps2 graphics with more fluidity thats all. but im not going to spend my time arguing lol i dont want anyone to hate me.

the real question is who is actually looking forward to the release of FFXIII? I know i am for sure and prophecy you are completely right on the point it could go and die like then n-gage but i think its a low chance honestly all i can say though is that im totally pissed at nintendo at the moment. they totally could have blown the ps2 and xbox out of the water with the gamecube if they hadnt been so kid oriented, I own both versions of RE4 the gamecube and the ps2 and i must say the gamecube one is a whole lot nicer graphics wise. the graphics for it on the ps2 are kinda blocky and slower then the gamecube.

so im totally pissed, because i've been a nintendo fan for years and that they can make something that can make games look that good and be half the size of the other consoles, well i think the guy who decided the gamecube should be kid oriented needs to be shot. just my opinion
