I have to agree with robot_parade's opening statement as well. :-)
I don't watch a whole flick either, I don't get it. I like the in and out, but I like the kink stuff too. When I first started watching porn, the attractiveness of the girl(s) mattered more then than they do now. I think partially that was because I never saw the real thing in person at that point. Now, it is the sounds the girl makes that do it for me. Can't put my finger on why though.
As for the attractiveness now, it may get me in the door, but within a minute (maybe a few?) in my mind I replace the people in the scene with my fiancée and I. Porn really just gets me started now, I do the rest.
