Sex is meant to hurt...a little.
She will, eventually, stretch out a bit in the right places to accommodate you. In the meantime, lots of foreplay, lots of lube. But a little pain isn't bad...it throws the pleasure of sex into relief, and that is a powerful thing.
And yes, she will probably be saddle-sore for at least a while, especially if your sex sessions last any amount of time or you do it a lot.
