CHARLOTTE, N.C. — It could be one of the most significant 'gets' in FBI history: the arrest of one of the nation's most deadly home-grown terrorists.
Fugitive Eric Rudolph, the man charged for the 1996 Olympic Park bombing has been arrested in connection with the bombings of a gay nightclub and abortion clinic, said the FBI.
Deputies found a man at around 4:30 a.m. Saturday sifting through a trash bin in the remote town of Murphy in the western North Carolina mountains, said Special Agent John Iannarelli in Washington. He added that the man appeared to be homeless, however deputies believed it was Rudolph.
The FBI confirmed Rudolph's identity through a fingerprint match, an official said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
"They got him," added the official.

Looks like one of the longest manhunts in recent history has finally ended - I'm not familiar with the area in which he was captured but he obviously had to have received help from the locals to have hidden out this long.
Your turn.
