Continue using condoms for 6 months and then get tested for all STDs. If the test come out negative after 6 months of safer sex (i.e. no unprotected oral sex or anal sex either) then you're safe to proceed without condoms. But make sure to use a diaphragm and spermicide as an additional contraceptive to back-up the birth control pill.
