hey everybody hows it going? i need a little photography help so i wanted to see if anyone could assist me. the company i work for needs to take some photos of some knives and accessories for their website and catalogs. they want to do it in house and have asked me (appointed actually) to do some research and get the equipment. here's an example of what they are wanting to do...

cutting the knives or whatever out from the background isnt a big deal i can do it in a few minutes with photoshop. i just don't know what camera, lighting, flash or just general setup to get these high contrast photos. i would appreciate any info. thanks
